We have been in Sydney for a few days now and it is sadly our last full day! It has been beautiful with the weather being sunny and a high of 70! We are staying at the Sheraton Grand Hyde Park which is a big hotel across from Hyde Park, a nice central area.We have done so many things!
Our first day we went to a place called the Rocks Market. Every Saturday and Sunday they have vendors and food right by the Harbour Bridge. It was fun to walk around in that area. Across from that area is a few minutes walk and then you’re at the iconic Opera House! It was so cool to turn the corner and to see that iconic building.Kevin and I walked around and took pictures there. We then went back to the hotel and went out for dinner later.
The next day we went to take a tour of the Opera house which was so cool! We got to go inside many of the theaters and learn about the history. Definitely a must do when visiting Sydney .
There are restaurants right next to the Opera House so we had lunch with a great view after our tour! The next day we did the Australia Museum during the day and the Bridge Climb in the late afternoon. The Australia Museum was very cool and had lots of exhibits on local animals, sea life, the history of the Aboriginal people, and dinosaurs!
The Bridge Climb was an amazing and unique experience where we climbed the Harbour Bridge! We did a twilight tour so we started the tour when it was sunny and then we could watch the sunset and then climb down at night. The whole thing took over 3 hours from start to finish but was worth it and not scary at all! We saw amazing views of the Opera house and Sydney!
Yesterday we went to the fish market where we had delicious fresh fish like oysters, prawns, a half lobster, and crab. Afterwards we took the ferry to Manly beach . The ferry took about half an hour. We walked on the walking path adjacent to the beach and then did some shopping in Manly. It is a really nice Beach area with lots of restaurants and shopping! The beach itself is lovely too.

You two are quite the adventurers! I’m so glad you are having such a wonderful time and seeing so many iconic sites around the world. The pictures are fabulous and so are you! Hope you bought some UGGS products to bring home. Miss you both.
