On our way!

Yesterday we landed in LA on our way to Singapore. We traveled via Alaska Airlines from Dulles and it was awesome. When we got to the gate we asked if there was a chance to be upgraded to premium economy since it was our honeymoon. They were able to do it, so on our 5 hour flight we had some extra leg room and free drinks; a great start! We are staying at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott and since Kevin holds Titanium status with Marriott, they even upgraded our room to a corner suite and had champagne and chocolate strawberries for us waiting on arrival!

Today we had lunch in Manhattan Beach, walked along the pier and beach, and window shopped. Manhattan Beach is only about 15 minutes via uber from the our airport hotel (The Marriott LAX). We came here in December of 2017 and loved the vibe; an upscale beach community with great dining, beach houses, and shops.

Our flight tomorrow Singapore will be about 17 hours! Until next time!
